Hi, my name is Kristin, owner and founder of RevIVe Mobile Wellness.
I am a board certified Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority.
I have been in nursing for over 13 years. Most of my time has been spent in the emergency department. I am currently a nurse practitioner in an immediate care and occupational health setting.
Born and raised in Chicago, the Garfield Ridge neighborhood…where I currently still live raising my two small children with my husband who is on the Chicago Fire Department.
My goal is to bring wellness into the community and I strive to help everyone feel their best, from the inside out.
There are so many benefits to IV therapy for everyone and I can’t wait to share! We will work together to come up with a plan based on your needs.

Things to know before your IV Appointment
- Drink plenty of water before your appointment (being dehydrated can make it harder to start an IV
- IV infusions appointments will take about an hour
- Eat something before your appointment
- Wear short-sleeves for a loose fitting shirt for best access to your arms
- Please complete your account and medical history form on the Hydreight app before coming to your appointment
- Frequency of treatments depends on the individual
- For more acute conditions such as illness or hangover, 1-2 treatments may be required
- IV therapy can be given biweekly or monthly for more chronic conditions such as chronic fatigue, allergies, migraines, weight loss, or beauty benefits
- In anticipation for high-stress scenarios such as athletic events, marathon training, travel, weddings, etc. , IV therapy may be given weekly
- For mobile visits, a travel fee will automatically be charged at time of service.
- A cancelation fee will automatically be charged to your card on file in the Hydreigiht app for any cancelations within 24 hours of service
